Jean F Floodgate - BA (Hons) Chartered FCIPD, MIoD

As Founder of Inside Outreach Jean has worked with a large number of Leadership teams on strategic business development, cultural change and implementing principle/values based customer service initiatives. She also offers coaching and mentoring support to Directors and HR professionals and runs a Masters Programme in Lifelong Learning for Sussex University.

Whilst in a consulting role, Jean has worked as as “interim” Director with The Dome at Greenwich and General Motors Acceptance Corporation.

Until recently she held the posts of Director on the Board of Cafedirect and Chaired the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's Strategic Working Party on Continuing Professional Development. She is currently a Board member of All Ways Learning, an organisation who acts as a catalyst, leader and guide in professional development for people managing the arts in the South East of England.

Jean has over 25 years Human Resource Management experience across Insurance, Financial Services, Hotel and Catering, Manufacturing and Retailing environments including:

Head of Management Development for TSB Group (1988-1995) and Head of Global Learning and Development(1995–1998) at The Body Shop.

Jean achieved recognition for best practice in Establishing a Customer Service Strategy through Large Scale Participation and Learning. People Management Awards 2000. Inside Outreach were recently finalists for the National Training Awards. Jean also led a team to recognition for best practice in business-focused learning and development - People Management Awards 1997.

Catherine Hennessy BA (Hons) Grad.CIPD

Developed a career as a Retail Management professional and moved into the role of Learning and Development Consultant for the Corporate and manufacturing areas of The Body Shop International. This involved researching, marketing and establishing 3 Learning Resource Centres, the Rough Guide to Learning and other innovative learning approaches and tools.
She developed the use of Action Learning across the Company and facilitated and supported internal programmes including Induction, Supervisory and Management development. She obtained external accreditation for internal programmes and assisted individuals to obtain formal qualifications. Catherine joined Inside Outreach in March 2000. Catherine joined Inside Outreach in March 2000 and continues to do work under the Brand banner.

This has included coaching programmes, brain based learning, project management, time and stress management, research and evaluation, accreditation, large scale interventions, board level and senior management facilitation, strategic business planning.
