Inside Outreach Unlimited!!

INSIDE OUTREACH is now a way of working rather than a "corporate entity".

From our foundations, reaching out from our internal consultancy roles in The Body Shop International, we have found ourselves working with clients from the inside out. Aligning ourselves with our clients by working inside and "getting under the skin" of the organisation - whilst retaining the objectivity of being on the outside.

We approach sharing learning from the outside in! What learning, new thinking and insights can we bring to each of our clients from our international exposure to successful practices elsewhere? We are keen to share and also to make connections between our clients to encourage sharing. We are very passionate about learning - and encourage our clients to maximise the learning and developmental benefits of any work we undertake.

We decided to deregister from being a limited company and to create a more flexible and participative model of working under the Inside Outreach banner. The brand stands for a commitment to working with clients, helping them to look out and beyond themselves by the sharing of learning and practices with other organisations.
