We have developed 2 key areas to explore with clients that we are pleased to share with our colleagues and internal consultants.

1. Nailing the Purpose - this is a checklist of critical questions that we have found important to use as a resource to explore the purpose with all stakeholders - before moving on to design and implementation phases. (See attached)

2. Who is the client? There is always more than one client/stakeholder in any situation. We encourage people to fully identify the different requirements before embarking on a piece of work. (See attached).
