Inside Outreach evolved in association with The Body Shop International and follows the co-operative model of working. It is now a recognised Brand in the people and business development arena.

In addition to supporting organisations through complex change our aim is to share learning and best practice across commercial, public and voluntary sectors. We have also specialised in designing multi-agency meetings which involve working participatively across all sectors. A key area of our work is switching people and organisations on to learning and developing appropriate strategies and approaches to create the shift from 'telling' to 'learning' and from 'selling' to 'serving'. We find that employee focused learning and customer focused approaches go hand in hand alongside an alignment of other organisational changes to transform a traditional hierarchical approach to one where every employee hears and responds to the voice of the customer.

Inside Outreach works with both newly established organisations and on "reinvention" projects involving strategic and cultural change implementation. In partnership with our customers, we tailor and develop innovative people management and development approaches which are employee friendly and involve high levels of participative engagement with the new business or brand strategy.
